Who doesn’t know Simon Cowell?! The English reality TV celebrity is one to be feared especially if he’s going to be auditioning you! But this 80 year old thought otherwise.

Famous for his quote, “If your lifeguard duties were as good as your singing, a lot of people would be drowning,” Simon Cowell really does make some people cry on the stage! Then in 2009 a contestant called Cheryl Cole came up with a statement calling Simon Cowell ‘nasty, rude and annoying‘!

Well, we’ve all seen the way he acts on stage and how he can irk people, but then came 80 year old Janey Cutler, a mother of seven, to audition for Britain’s Got Talent, in front of Simon Cowell. Nobody expected anything from this 80 year old, but within moments they were shocked! She sang “No Regrets” and proved the fact that you’re never too old to follow your dreams!

In the video below she was quoted saying, “I like singing…I’ve got a great life, seven kids…” When she entered, Simon, who was left confused, asked how she was and she just replied, “Fine!

When he asked her why she came to audition for this show she said, “Well, I like singing so my friends say go for it!” The best part comes when Simon Cowell asks her how many years she waited to do this!
